Our story

Scale and Services Ihc was formed to close that gap: a US-based partner who understands the business problem and stays close to the client, and a technical partner who personally executes the design, development and marketing work.

Vanessa is the founder of Scale and Services Ihc, holding a degree in Social Media Marketing and Business Management from Grand Canyon University. She pairs formal marketing training with hands-on client work, translating business goals into campaigns and content that hold up commercially. She leads discovery, scoping and client relationships from first call through delivery.
Cofounder · Strategy & Growth
Gabriel is cofounder of Scale and Services Ihc, responsible for the agency's strategic direction and growth. He shapes how engagements are structured, which channels get invested in, and how results are measured for every client. His focus is making sure growth plans stay grounded in what a business can actually sustain.
Technical & Creative Director
Samm leads all technical and creative execution: web design and development, SEO, paid advertising and e-commerce operations. Deep hands-on experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Etsy and eBay storefronts.
